Description: The white coral mushrooms (Ramariopsis kunzei, formerly called Clavaria kunzei) are edible species in the Clavariaceae family, which are widespread in northeastern North America and from the Pacific Northwest to the southern California, Europe, Asia, and Australia. These mushrooms are with branched structure, white colour some of them tinged with pink, fragile flesh and grow terrestrially, rarely on decayed woods in mixed forests.
