Festive table, decorated with Bulgarian Kozunak, dyed eggs and geranium. Kozunak is a traditional sweet bread for Easter in Bulgaria, made of white flour, yeast, milk, eggs, sugar, butter, vegetable oil, lemon zest, vanilla, ground coffee, raisins and almonds. Kozunak symbolises the body of Christ and usually two loaves are made, one is for the family and the other is left at the Church.
