Iris Germanica is the showiest members of the genus Bearded Irises with with variety of colors that should have a place in any garden.
In the spring (April to June, depending on the cultivar), you’ll find nearly every shade or combination of gorgeous rainbow colors.
Some cultivars are re-blooming and repeat their magic in late summer and fall. Many of them are fragrant. The plant does well in full sun or partial shade.
