During winter 2006-2007, the only one in airworthy Lancaster bomber in Europe, from the military base at RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire, went through full refit in specialist firm Air Atlantique on Coventry Airport, Warwickshire, England and dressed as EE139 'Phantom of the Ruhr'.
