The real American hamburger is a popular fast food which most Americans like and eat them daily on work, picnics and outdoor feasts as 4th of July. This simple food is made of lean beef in shape of 'patties', sprinkled with onion or garlic powder, salt and black pepper and cooked on a grill or in a skillet, placed between hamburger, with added slice of tomato, cheese, sliced onion, pickle, lettuce, ketchup, mustard or hot sauce, bacon, peppers, mushrooms, depending on the favorite combination.
