The Austrian pilot, skydiver and extreme athlete Felix Baumgartner (born on 20 April 1969 in Salzburg, Austria), who set a new supersonic record for freefall from more than 24 miles above Earth, three times the height of the average cruising altitude for jetliners, with the 'Red Bull Stratos' mission on October 14, 2012 and his girlfriend Nicole Oetl (Nici Dalz) from Linz, Austria, a gymnast and former beauty queen. Baumgartner plans to settle down with his girlfriend in Arbon, Switzerland and to fly with helicopters on mountain rescue and firefighting missions in the USA and Austria.
