Beautiful vintage postcards with Easter greetings, depicting 'Birds and nest with eggs', perched on bush of sweet brier (1930 ) and a 'Whitney Made' postcard (1920), with drawing of an adorable girl who is wearing a broken shell from egg instead of hat, accompanied by a little duckling. The name 'Easter' owes its origin to an Anglo-Saxon goddess Eostre, the goddess of purity, the youth and beauty, growing light of spring, as well as the beginnings of the new life.
