'Brazuca', which means ‘Brazilian’, was chosen in Rio de Janeiro as a name of the official match ball for the 2014 FIFA World Cup, the biggest football event in the world, which will take place in Brazil from 12 June till 13 July, 2014. The term 'Brazuca' (our fellow) refers to the Brazilian way of life, describing the national pride and mirrors the attitude of Brazilians to football, symbol of emotion and goodwill to all.
