Extremely beautiful autumn's picture from the Plitvice Lakes National Park, one of the oldest national parks in Southeast Europe which is situated in the mountainous karst area of central Croatia, at the border to Bosnia and Herzegovina, two hour drive from Zagreb. The Plitvice Lakes National Park extends over 73,350 acres and is world-famous for its lakes interconnected in cascades, result of the confluence of several small rivers and subterranean karst rivers.
