Descripción
A traditional Polish Easter dishes for a significant holiday in Polish culture, as sour rye soup (?urek), served with hard-boiled eggs and sausage, various cold cuts, including ham and white sausage (bia?a kie?basa).
As well, there are hard-boiled eggs decorated or served with sauces, often referred to as pisanki if painted, and a sweet, decorative Easter bundt cake (Babka), often iced and topped with sprinkles.
