A cute howling Arctic Wolf cub baby, one of five that were born on April 27th 2013 at Sch?nbrunn Zoo, Vienna. Unlike the adult animals, the baby which is less than a month old, still has brown fur. The Arctic Wolves (also called snow wolf or white wolf) have white fur, which in their native environment, the northern regions of North America, Greenland and the Arctic, blends in almost totally with the snowy landscape and is the ideal camouflage with which they are almost invisible to their prey. The howl is a trademark of the wolves, which their cute cubs practice from an early age.
