The Mallorca mushrooms Omphalotus olearius (the 'Jack-o'-Lantern'), are very appealing, but extremely poisonous, with an orange cap in shape of funnel, which glows pale green at the dark. They grow in clusters on deciduous stumps, but may be mistaken with the edible chanterelles. The consumption of this mushroom may cause very severe cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea while in high doses it can cause respiratory failure.
