Hyacinth (Hyacinthus orientalis, common hyacinth, garden hyacinth or Dutch hyacinth), widespread to the eastern Mediterranean region, West Iran and Turkmenistan, differs from all the spring flowers with a nice strong fragrance and may be seen in shades of red, blue, white, orange, pink, violet or yellow.
