'Capitol at Night ' is a wonderful painting (oil on canvas with palette knife) by the Russian-Israeli artist Leonid Afremov (1955-2019), painted after his visit in Washington.
At the painting is depicted the stunning night sky over the Capitol, with millions of beautifully sparkling lights of colorful fireworks behind the dome of the Capitol.
